Terms & Conditions

Terms for using Braider Ally, including appointment-related SMS messaging.

Effective date: October 9, 2026 · Braider Ally · braiderally.com

1. About Braider Ally

Braider Ally is a booking and business management software platform operated under the registered DBA Braider Ally by OMI SANJO WINIFRED EPSE NGWAYUH. Independent braiders use the platform to display services, receive booking requests, manage appointments, and communicate with customers. Braider Ally does not provide hair-braiding services.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, respect other users, and avoid fraudulent bookings, unauthorized access, abuse, or interference with the platform. Braiders are responsible for the accuracy of their business information and for complying with applicable laws.

3. Independent Braiders and Appointments

Each participating braider is an independent business responsible for services, availability, prices, preparation instructions, deposits, cancellations, refunds, and customer disputes. A booking request may require the braider’s approval and is not necessarily a confirmed appointment until accepted. Review the specific braider’s policies before booking.

4. Accounts and Platform Access

Braiders may need an account to manage their business. Account holders are responsible for safeguarding credentials and activity under their accounts. Appointment customers can book without creating a Braider Ally customer account.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Braider Ally may charge braiders a subscription fee according to the pricing and billing terms presented at signup or checkout. Any cancellation, renewal, or refund terms must be read together with the terms displayed at purchase. Do not assume that canceling a software subscription automatically cancels an appointment with an independent braider.

6. SMS Terms & Conditions

When customers voluntarily opt in through the online booking process, they may receive non-marketing appointment-related SMS messages from the selected independent braiding business through Braider Ally. These may include booking confirmations, approvals, reminders, rescheduling updates, and cancellations. Messages identify the braider and may include “Powered by Braider Ally.” Message frequency varies with appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages; reply HELP for assistance where supported. Consent to receive SMS is not required to purchase hair-braiding services. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed. For assistance, contact braiderally@gmail.com or 760-712-8942.

7. Privacy

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Payments and Third-Party Services

Payment processing, messaging, and other platform features may depend on third-party services. Their terms may apply. Braider Ally is not responsible for a braider’s independent service delivery or for outages outside its reasonable control.

9. Availability and Changes

We may maintain, modify, or suspend features for security, maintenance, or operational reasons. We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date.

10. Disclaimer and Responsibility

The platform is provided on an as-available basis, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded. Independent braiders remain responsible for their own services and customer commitments.

11. Contact
